Associate of Science in Culinary Arts

The Associate of Science in Culinary Arts is an exciting, challenging and rewarding program. The program offers students broad based curriculum including theory and practical instruction through extensive activities in our state-of-the-art laboratory. Our compassionate Instructors have a strong sense of devotion to our students. We go above and beyond with our students to assure their retention and therefore, success in the culinary industry.

Platt College offers the only ACF Accredited program in Oklahoma, and the only approved Certification Evaluator in the state of Oklahoma which allows us to offer ACF Certifications to our former students and other culinarians working in the corporate world.

The length of the Associate of Science in Culinary Arts program is 12 months and consists  of 1680 clock hours and 105.45 quarter credit hours.

 

 

 

The Accrediting Commission of Career Schools and Colleges requires schools to round quarter credits down to the nearest half number.  Therefore, 105.00 quarter credit hours is recognized by the ACCSC for the Associate of Science in Culinary Arts Program.
